We started as a small local packing team working out of Whitefield Road Bangalore, and grew into a full-service relocation company by doing the unglamorous part of the job properly — showing up on time, packing carefully, and not disappearing once the truck leaves.

How We Got Here

Smart Moves N Storage began with a simple observation: most people don’t dread moving because of the distance — they dread it because they don’t trust the people carrying their belongings. We set out to fix that one move at a time, starting with local household shifts around Bangalore.

As word spread, so did the scope of work. Families started asking us to handle their move when they were relocating to another city for a job. Companies asked if we could shift an entire office over a weekend. Then came the calls that mattered most — households moving abroad, needing someone who understood customs paperwork, freight timelines, and how to ship a pet safely along with the family.

Today, we run under three clear categories — local, domestic, and international moving — supported by dedicated vehicle transport and warehousing divisions. The company has changed size. What hasn’t changed is the way we treat a customer’s belongings: like they’re worth more than the freight cost.
